How can I get my husband to be more involved in the process of raising the kids? He loves them very much, but his time is filled with either work or his own activities. (2:12)
Every time my son develops an interest, my husband puts him down. My husband is athletic and sports-minded. My son is artistic and musical. How can I get my husband to encourage my son even though they're different? (2:42)
My husband will not attend our young children's sporting events. He says he is bored there but I really think it's his own frustrated athletic career. He sees himself as a sport participator not a cheerleader. I am so embarrassed with all the other dads there and my husband can't be bothered. How can I get through to him the message he's giving our children? (2:05)
My wife spends about $500 on each of our children for Christmas and birthdays. I think this is ridiculous, but she can't resist the urge to spoil them. How can I convince her now that she is only harming them in the long run if she gives them everything they want? (1:34)
My wife was brought up in private school and thinks that's the only way to go. I went to public school and I think I turned out great. How can we come to a compromise when it comes to schooling our 3 kids? (2:10)
Our only son passed away last year in a car accident. I would like to try to have another child, but my wife is too terrified to risk going through that again. How can I help her? I don't think I will be happy if I have to live the rest of my life not being a father anymore. (2:28)
My wife slips our college-age son money when he comes home. We agreed to not be as financially-available to him as we have in the past but I can't get her to stick to it. Is this a problem with him, her or me? (2:08)
My husband is hard on our 10 yr-old son. There have been a few times lately when my son has gotten in trouble at school for a minor infraction and I kept this news from my husband. Am I justified? (1:39)
My husband has a large gun collection. I am nervous about my young sons getting into them. My husband says he grew up with guns in the house and they never got hurt, so I should just relax. Am I over-reacting? (1:50)
My wife was all about raising the children and told me we would have the rest of our lives to be together. Now she's all about helping with the grandchildren. We can't even travel now because the kids count on her to watch the grandchildren. When do I get MY time with my wife? (2:06)
